Order Delivery
1. Upon order confirmation, we will process and deliver your products within the timeframe indicated on your checkout page.
2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping charges are your responsibility and are included in the checkout price.
4. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses or outside of South Africa.

Pricing and Payment
Product prices, including delivery fees and VAT, are displayed upon product selection. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Yoco and Payfast as payment methods.
Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns
1. If you are unsatisfied with a product, we offer exchanges within seven days of receiving the order. You are responsible for the delivery fee if you wish to exchange for a different scent.
2. We cover the delivery fee for products received in error.
3. Defective products will be refunded in full after inspection.
4. Refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
